I have never purchased online before, is it safe?

Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store any of your credit card details on our web server. All online payments are transmitted over a secure session via 128 bit encryption, the highest level available, using our own SSL certificate. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet. These measures add extra levels of security for you the customer so you can be assured that internationally recognised companies with the highest levels of security are looking after your credit card details.In addition, we do not require payment by credit card. You can also pay by phone or with direct debit, using Paypal.

How can I be sure my order went through?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, usually within minutes. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours, please call or send an email  before placing another order and we will confirm with you the status of your order.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If your parcel was sent by Australia Post, you can track it at www.auspost.com.au using the tracking number sent to you.

Alternatively, we might not have your current bra in stock. When ordering your bra you can check the availability of your bra. If we don't have it in stock we will be ordering it in for you from our suppliers.  are no able to hold ever size and colour of a bra but we are more than welcome to make a special order. Please allow extra shipping time an additional 2-10 business days for us to get your bra in before we ship it out.

If you have made a purchase of multiple bras and you wish for them to be sent out as they arrive, email us and we can discuss your preferred shipping methods.

What if my bra/brief/corset/bikini falls apart after one wear/wash?

Send us a photo of your damaged item and we will contact the manufacturer to endeavour to get you a new item. W may give you a call to ask how you took care of your garment as we will only take items back that have carefully followed our Care Instructions that are in the description of every item in the store. 

What will happen if I cancel my order before delivery and I've paid using a gift card or a credit note?

Before shipping your order, you can get a full refund back onto the same method you used to pay for your order. After an item is shipped, you can still get a refund or credit but not for any postage costs.

Do I pay extra postage when I need to exchange many times?

Not at all. You can exchange as many times as you like and you never pay for any extra postage. And remember we offer FREE returns as well.
